Hydrating Pyunkang Yul Essence Toner with Astragalus root extract effectively moisturizes sensitive and tired skin, gives elasticity and eliminates flakiness. The toner contains no water: instead, astragalus root is used, thanks to which the product tones, stimulates blood circulation and increases the protective functions of the epidermis. The product has soothing and anti-inflammatory properties. It can replace two stages of care (toner and serum). How to use: after cleansing the skin, apply toner with clean hands directly on the face with light patting movements. Warning: It is stable upto 36month after production before opening as long as stored at up to room temperature without direct sunlight. Please use immediately after opening the pouch. For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes. Keep out of Children. Avoid exposure to high or low temperatures or sun. Do not apply on a scar or any area of skin irritation, such as dermatitis and eczema. Not to be used for children under three years of age.
